Our Goals
At Beacon Benefit Consulting our primary goal is to listen and design benefit programs that are in line with the employers objectives since no two businesses are alike.
To do this we must provide you with information, resources, and proposals that allow you to evaluate and compare various benefit plans, funding options, and networks.
Our brokers and consultants are able to guide you through the process as they specialize in Employee Benefits and they know and understand employee benefits programs.
Through consultation the broker will:
- Review your unique needs—both you and your employees.
- Determine what carriers and products have worked in the past and which ones have not.
- Design a program to help you, the employer, recruit, retain and reward valuable employees.
The initial consultation, assessment, solicitation of proposals, presentation and selection facilitate our secondary goals which are to:
- Ease the burden on your time by doing the "legwork" for you.
- Conduct periodic evaluations after the plan is issued.
- Facilitate disputes between you and the carrier throughout the benefit plan year.
